Like many mothers, I initially believed I had to choose between a career and family, but I have learned that they don’t have to compete. I discovered that my strength wasn't about choosing one or the other - it was about learning how to thrive in both roles strategically and with confidence.

​​My coaching journey began in the global health and wellness industry, where I coached women seeking change, accountability, and support. During this time, my working mom's guilt started to decrease, and I began to explore my career path, which was a natural progression rather than a matter of compromise.

 

​It was also about utilizing my God-given gifts for purpose-driven success, which helped me develop the skills to seek career opportunities that would allow me to balance work and home life. Now, I can share this with other moms.​Prepared growth happens when you combine strategy with compassion. That’s what I bring to the coaching table: clarity, accountability, and support for working moms ready to skill up and lead with confidence, without sacrificing their families or themselves.​

 

My story would not be complete without mentioning that my most significant achievement is being the mother of an incredible daughter who is already making a meaningful impact on the world. She reminds me that being a working mom can create an astonishing legacy, which is the inspiration we pass on to our children, family, and community.​​​​​​​
